In the next stage, each of us in the group had to pick a building and develop a design concept to get ready for documentation.

Zalac: A Co-housing of the 'Zycamore' Medium Density project. Targeted to the generation Z. Housing for 5 dwellings. Zalac is also a hub that allows functions to happen and give life to the community.

'Zalac' was derived from the word 'Balec', which is hebrew translation to cultivate sycamores. Zalac aims to promote a more sustainable approach to increasing density in residential spaces and encourage the generation Z to be more active and interactive.
